Prof. Dr. S S Bhakar is the Vice-chancellor of ITM University, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh). He is an experienced educator and administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry.

Prof. Bhakar has guided one Business School to get NAAC 'A' accreditation, Autonomous Institute Status, UGC, Permanent Affiliation, UGC recognition under sections 2f and 12b, recognition as a research centre of the affiliating university and many more as Director and has contributed to achieving similar success for another B-School as senior faculty.

He is well known trainer in the area of operations management, Supply chain and research. Have conducted more than 60 research methodology workshops, 25 case writing workshops, 35+ Executive training programs, have been Conference Chairman for 11 International conferences and 18 national conferences and seminars, have delivered a keynote speech in national and international conferences and workshops.
